I have asked at least * times in the last * years to receive a paper bill each month for my account. Every * months I receive calls that my account is overdo but I do not receive a bill. I tried to set it up on line but it says it already is but I didn't set it up and cannot seem to get anyone to understand what I need., I need to receive a paper bill each month for my account which is a land line phone. * lines actually. I have spent ours on the phone trying to resolve this and have been promised a paper bill. I receive * for the past due account. I pay it and we start all over again. On the **th, after being told by Edward in Atlanta that I would receive a paper bill from now on, I received a disconnect notice and today I have no phone service.
