I called AT & T * ***-**** number and I paid my bill. I then requested CS and I spoke to someone in a loud call-center and I asked to be transferred to the Loyalty department. The*Filipina sounding female tried to sell me a cell phone and refused to transfer me to the Loyalty department. The line was then disconnected. We added a cell line recently and I wanted to inquire about getting the promotion of free Netflix when adding a line. I waited on hold for a long time, only to get hung up on. No one has called me back and the operator confirmed by call back phone numbers. My cell number is (***) ***-****
