I have called at&t twice n the last month to find out why I am getting overages since me an my family have had a death in the family an everyone has been at home on WiFi but somehow we went over again. The lady couldn’t give me an answer to why it was so high so she told me she would take extra charges off an update my account to unlimited with a $** deduction each for a year promotion. Had to call back * days after that because I was still getting alerts the other lady told me nothing had been changed on the account at all. So I go thru this whole process again because dumb me paid the bill an for some reason when u pay a bill the customer service ppl can’t see it or do anything to it once it’s been paid that was over $***. This new lady told me the same thing An here I am next bill in an she has not changed anything on my bill an it’s over $*** now an I can’t afford that especially since I know for a fact me an my family were hooked up to WiFi the whole time. Fixing to cancel
