I was incorrectly billed last month for cell phone service, they caught their mistake and now want to charge me for the underpayment on this months bill. This poses a financial hardship as I am on disability and cannot pay the almost ***.** they say I owe. Partial payment would incur late fees. I want this resolved as it was at&t billing mistake, not my fault, and not paying the underpayment amount.
