on April*,****, there was a power surge at my resident. And I called AT& T, on the *th and they sent a technician out and he said that the TV's and some of the cable boxes was damage due to power surge. I had no TV waiting on Insurance company to pay off, I called AT&T and rep said don't worry about paying until the ticket is closed. When I brought the new tv I called and they said they could not send no one out until I pay ***.** and then they will send tech out and refund to me.I have been trying to resolve this matter for over * months. I have been calling , please have someone to call me at *** ***-****, I been calling and it has been hard for me to get in touch with cooperate.
