The issue in GetHuman-vdushkof's own words
AT&T customer service is the WORST I have ever experienced. We recently traveled to Europe purchased the $** foreign travel on one of our phones made sure it was activated with customer service and did many verifications with customer service. We get to France first day ttrying to use google maps to find our way and No Internet. After loosing several hours and exhaustion from travel finally made it to our hotel called at&t and they were able to set up our phone properly. We shouldn’t have had to experience this but we did because once again POOR customer service. We get back to the states and went to Canada for the day still had foreign travel active. We get an exorbanant bill from at&t. Roaming charges called at&t three times spent for hours trying to get a hold of someone. The people I talked to you would think would call me back but did not. You are a phone co you have my number no one called me back. So frustrated. I am switching at&t ASAP Worst Customer Service EVER
