RE: ACCT **********I have been a loyal ATT customer for many years!**My ordeal began June ** when I first called to have Direct TV put into my home as well as my hunting cabin. I was given incorrect information intentionally just to sign up then and on many occasions after. I finally went into my local ATT store in and signed up for Direct TV for my home there. They told me that I could get Direct Now at my cabin for a much lower price using the hot spot on my phone. Unfortunately, they didn't realize the hot spot data was limited and Direct Now stopped working after two days. After a short time. This resulted in my cell phone bill going from $** to $***. I went into my ATT store and they said I had to call ATT customer service. I have been calling to resolve the issue but get now where. On **** , I was speaking with Nigel in Resolutions when the call was dropped and he failed to call me back as promised. Tonight, ***, I was on hold to discuss my issue with Loyalty...and after waiting for * hour and ** minutes the call dropped and no one called me back. I am at a loss. I am seriously considering changing carriers for the lousy way I am being treated. I am in hopes that ATT will call me and we can resolve this issue. I am done with being put on hold and wasting my evenings on this.
