I had an in home specialist come out to our home. everything sounded good so we switched providers. I went from an android to iphone and we were told I could switch back to android called the specialist and then I was on his schedule so wouldn't work with ours finally called our local store and they said they would help us. so the iphone literally sat at home for at least * days without any use , they when I got the android that's where the calls got dropped , text messages came in duplicates , and internet always buffers . so I called the specialist and he wouldn't answer me just text , and we asked him when our ** days were up and he stated they were up July **th , so we called *** to see what we could do and they informed us that the ** days were on the **th so they told us to go into a store to see what they could and they told us we had to go through the in home specialist and he advised us just to switch services and he would pick up equipment, but at the store they told us if we did that att system would automatically send me bill for the * phones we have. so we got * different stories. so my question who can tell me where to return my equipment ? and that I would not be charged for canceling due to someone else's direction .
