A major overcharge on the bill, I've been being charged for * galaxy s*s. They were buy one get one free, if we got your cable service. I explained that a signal would be hard to get at our home. The technician came and was unable to get a signal. A customer service rep informed me that the deal on the galaxies still applied because I made it very clear that if it wasn't, I wanted to return one. My son went over the bill thoroughly and saw that I've been being charged for TWO galaxy s*s. I've made ** monthly payments on a device AT&T informed me explicitly was free.
GetHuman933815 did not yet indicate what AT&T should do to make this right.
