My bill went up because the promotional rate I was getting was expired. I called and a helpful rep got me a credit and put the promotion back on. Got the next bill and the promotion had not been put back on and credit not given. I called today and was on the line for about ** minutes with a rude rep that was not helpful. She told me she could cancel my account but I would still owe the over charged amount. I hung up and after another ** minutes on the line was told I was getting the credit from last time but my bill would not change for a few months and that in the meantime I would have to pay the higher amount and no more credits would be issued. I said that I would want to cancel then and she told me if I cancelled the credit would not be issued. Nobody would give me to a manager or make any common sense of what they were saying. "Yes, you should have got credit and we will give it to you and lower your bill in a few months but in the meantime you will have to pay extra and will not get credit for that" ???**I need to speak to someone who cares about me as a customer.
