I am the "owner" of a prepaid multi-line account for my household (* lines total). I paid my bill as it was due and all phones show active on my at&t account* however, only * now work. We have been on the phone with customer service and technical support * different times at about an hour each time with no solutions. We have been to the local (about ** miles away) at&t store and was only told "you need to pay your bill" in front of others in the store, quite humiliating to say the least, we just had to walk out of the store and yet again call technical support. After the *th time*hour on the phone with technical support, we were told we needed to go into the store AGAIN and get new sim cards. I am very unhappy with at&t right now and if this problem is not resolved promptly or some compensation for the multiple hours on the phone, approximately ** miles for the combined round trips to the store, and paying for services we haven't received,I will be taking our service to a different provider. I have been with at&t for several years and have never had such horrible customer service and technical support. This entire situation is absolutely unacceptable.
