Hi, my name is Judy Alexander I'm writing in regards to my At&t account *********. I cant seem to get this straightened out thru At&t customer service. Last year I switched * lines from T-Mobile to At&t on ******* online the service porter out on *** or *** i then decided i needed another line so I went into the at&t store and added the *th line .... a few days later I wanted to add a *th line and was having issues completing the order online so I initiated a chat... which I'm forwarding you copy of the chat , because I was told they did not see why I couldn't add the *th line and I would be able to add it to my same account up to ** lines... and at the time there was a (bogo) but one get one free phone deal going on I initially ordered * iPhone and a Samsung * then the * th line was another I phone.... so I did get the bogo from the iPhones.... the *th phone I added was another Samsung * and I was told as long as it's done within ** days I would still get the buy one get one for the Samsung's too... this is where the problem begins .... I was told via the chat to add a separate account to get the *th line he was unsure why I was not able to order it but they were having problems with the online and when the phone came in I could just change it over to my account same plan and everything and no additional charges.... I got this phone on *** and when I went to switch it over I found out I had to pay an additional ***.** deposit to have a *th line to my account when I was told it would be nothing.... so I waited a couple of days paid the deposit and was still within my ** days and had the phone switched to my acct meanwhile the phone was on it's on account for about * to * days and was not used except to make sure it was activated and I was charged for that account even though it wasnt used and because I didnt use it and line was cancelled and switch to my account I never thought anymore of it until I found out the old account was charged off and had a balance that should have been waived due to no usage and transferred account PTN ***.***.**** now I'm not receiving the bogo credit and have a charged off account for this * days till I switch the acct because I was told it wouldn't be and I will include copies of the text chat advising me this I need to have this resolved and I'm owed a credit of **.** since August ****.
