trying to install the sim card- should have been "easy" to take the back off- not so- had to make a *trip into the store- more run around at the store! ... We purchased a "dumb" easy to*use" phone- could not get the *back off even after watching the*video- had to go into the store-*long wait times- then more long*phone waits- since mobile is in*my name- all others are in my *husbands name- more mumbo *jumbo- a total nightmare!
All of our AT&T accts. are in my husbands name EXCEPT mobile- so, of course, they needed me*to activate this phone- another wasted trip and more wasted time- Now, I'm WAITING to get through*to a customer rep on the phone.
Now, after going through activation the process with a rep- (** min)- she could not activate the phone-*she said I have to go BACK to the store since I have a damaged sim card
Not yet- will make ANOTHER trip back to the store! Wait some more
