So we were on vacation week of *-** thru *-**, we came home Sunday to no phone or internet.. My Husband called and scheduled a service which was supposed to be yesterday *** between * & * pm.. Never happened.. We never received a call.. We called At&t around *:** and was told they were still coming. At *:** pm I called again.. was on hold for ** minutes someone answered placed us on hold again, Then we talked to Joe! He said we could get rescheduled but the earliest appointment time would be Saturday ***.. Then we asked for a manager and talked to a Christina, she told us the same thing and told us the reason the repair tech did not come out was because they had over booked (NOT OUR FAULT). Then she promised to call me today by *:** pm to let me know if they could get to me sooner but that DID NOT happen either! Today I called and talked to Mahaly stayed on hold with her off and on for about * hour.. Again being told pretty much the same thing.. they over booked! She made me an appointment for *** from ** to ** after being told last night the earliest would be ***! **How sad is this?? We have been a customer for ** years!! We was with Southern Bell before it changed to At&t.. I want someone to hear this complaint and I want to know they hear this complaint!!
