We attempted to port phone numbers away from AT&T on Monday ****. Instead, AT&T cancelled our fiber service. We've been without service since and AT&T today told us the account remains in cancelled status. We need it reinstated and turned up immediately.
GetHuman-skipcar did not yet indicate what AT&T should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-skipcar fixed the problem
We ended up calling the sales group who had access to the "cancelled" account. They set up a brand new account but were able to connect the new account to the old for billing, invoice history, etc. They were then able to setup a new install without equipment and deployed a tech within ** hours to get the circuit active again.
