My Internet and TV service lost signal I did every reset and troubleshooting that they provided on my TV and on my laptop and nothing worked I called the customer service number talk to an agent they connected me to technical they told me I should go into an AT&T store to exchange my equipment I was on the phone with them for an hour. This morning I called them back to ask them what store to bring my equipment to the agent gave me an address I went to the store and they don’t return equipment at that location. I called AT&T customer service back and talk to a manager and the manager said that none of their stores exchange equipment and I had to have a technician come out I pay $*** a month for my service I work from home so I need my Internet I’ve now lost one day of work I’m losing another day of work today and I’ll lose each day until they get a technician out here. When the manager put me on hold to fill my request of a technician coming to my home before * o’clock she disconnected the call it’s been an hour and she has not called me back . I called AT&T customer service back and asked to talk to the same manager they said that information is an available I asked them to have whatever manager is there call me it’s been an hour and nobody has called me
I trust that AT&T will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
