The issue in GetHuman-pbrungar's own words
We have service with AT&T at home. We have phone, internet and TV. In addition to cellular service with you. We initially reached out on Friday June *th after having a loss of our home services with a downed modem. We were told at this time it would take *-* business days to receive the modem. It rolls around to Wednesday June **th and no modem. We call again and are told that you have record of the call but no record of a modem being sent. We are then told we would receive a modem the following day June **th. Again June **th rolls around no modem. We call again and are told we will have a modem on June **th. **On the original call I offered to pay extra for an overnight modem shipment, I offered to pick it up or have a technician come out. I was told all of these options were not possible.*I cannot believe in this day and age that it is impossible to receive any piece of equipment anywhere in the USA in less one week. The service has been very poor. I am sure you don't care as has been shown by your lack of follow through that this has inconvenienced our families work as well as schooling. I cannot believe a multimillion dollar company has such poor customer service and that nothing can be done to improve your remedy your errors other than continue to cause disruption in our daily lives. I would never recommend your services based on this. I would like to know how you can resolve this issue sooner.
