I am a customer of Att wireless. I started a plan with buy one get one free on the Samsung S**. I have paid off the first phone in full, but I am still being charged monthly for the second. I have spent over ** hours on the phone trying to get this issue taken care of. This has become VERY frustrating!!!!! I am currently spending almost $*** a month with Att in a bundle package. I am trying to not become a negative customer or leave bad reviews about the company because of just common courtesy. My account has been drafted over$**** twice in the past months.
