i have att prepaid and i mistakenly hit the button to upgrade my plan. Instead of it just going back to my original plan they now want a payment of ** dollars and suspended my cell phone service. The reason i was on line looking up my account is because I got a new device and cannot make calls or recieve them. I tried to use the chat option but since im pre paid customer i do not have that luxury. So I have no phone and I cant call ***, chat isn't an option due to my status as prepaid all though I had been a customer of thiers for years with my direct tv account now im not worthy. Its like im white trash to them because Im prepaid...they have no email so what am i supposed to do????? I live in a rural area and my car is in the shop for the next week. So I have no way to get to att or any where for that matter and i refuse to make a $** PAYMENT FOR AN HONEST MISTAKE especially since i just made a $** payment less than two weeks ago. I have no way to contact att and i cant even send a text from my laptop to att prepaid customer to get them a message to help me. This is utterly ridiculous if I had a wireless account with them I would be able to use the chat option but us pre paid vagrants arent worthy of that option. Thanks alot att ...

I got my phone back on but it wasn't free they wouldn't just reinstate the original plan that i had with them they charged me **$ I think that is ridiculous I'm switching back to metro next month
