I purchase an IPHONE * with my AT&T service. The phone did not have an issue the service did. I work from home and I was constantly cutting in and out or their was static on the line. This even happened while I was ini conversation the AT&T complaining about the problem. Thinking that AT&T would be able to ultimately solve this problem I stuck with them throughout. Their records should indicate how many times I called about this very problem. I could no longer use a service that was not working so I moved to Verizon. Now AT&T expects me to pay a remaining balance on the phone that I purchased from them that never worked properly because of their service. There is no common sense that can explain to me how this is fair and good business practice. I paid for a service I did not get and they expect me to hold up my end of the deal when they didn't.
