At the beginning of April my internet service went out for four days after I called to upgrade my service (ironic huh ?) in the next four days I had * technicians to my house to resolve the problem they all failed, the second call was from a wire man who disconnected the intercom service to my electric gate. The fourth and final visit later in the month was from a technician who finally fixed the problem but was unable to fix my intercom. I called my gate company to fix the problem which they did at a charge of $***. I want to be reimbursed for this and for a month of awful service*hours spent with technicians and more hours spent talking with AT&T reps around the globe
GetHuman-brownmop did not yet indicate what AT&T should do to make this right.
