The issue in GetHuman-papazule's own words
after spending over * hours on the phone with customer service and your reward center, I have turned to this alternative to solve my problem. On April **th I signed up for Direct Tv, and the same day I receive one of your flyers stating if I signed up I would receive $*** in reread cards. I did so that day and was assured that I would receive one $*** crd and one $*** card. after waking for over ** days I contacted the reward center to check on my cards and was told I could only get $***. After spending over * hours with customer service and the reward center, I was told the *nd reward car would be posted and I would be able to claim it. As of today, nothing has happened. It is my contention AT&T and Direct TV has to honor the flyer you or one of your ad firms sent out whether you feel you have to or not. If you don't want people taking advantage of such offers, don't send them out. I await your response and I hope you can resolve this problem.
