i have talked to several supervisors that assured me they were going to fix my account and the last one said he would reimburse me because i paid an extra ***$...they still keep taking money out of my account and have not used the ***$. i have excalated this many times...and still no one has fixed the problem. the last supervisor told me to contact a Combined Supervisor. every time i call, i get transfered ** times...please help!!! ***-***-**** account **** **** for direct tv and account * ********* for uverse. My first phone call of setting up initial service i was told services were combined and the ***$ was for the first month bill for both. well they both have still billed me seperately every bill that was due, also causing two overdraft fees is my account of **$ and they said they would combine them again, also would listen two first phone call recording and every call after that. Now today in an email saying my bill was past due! After i just talked to supervisor saturday that said he would fix everything and not to worry, so what am i supposede to do...cant anyone fix this please???
