A tech came out to address an issue with one of our tvs. He had a very bad attitude when he saw that a short cable was on the set. He yanked the desk and gouged a hole in the hardwood floor when I told him he had messed up the floor he said it was because of the short cable and he had to replace it. I told him your techs had installed the cable and when asked to check another issue where the box had to be rebooted **% of the time, he told me to click the remove twice and it would come on. This does not work, and we now have another set that is having the same problem. I would prefer talking to a representative to voice my other issues, but when they said there would be a $*.** charge, I refuse to pay to get a problem rectified that is not out fault. We would like to know when our contract expires. I know it is this month.
