I recently discovered that I have been charged $24.95 monthly for a dial-up internet service that has been inactive for years. I was informed by ATT stores in Sarasota, FL that they do not offer internet services anymore and was advised to reach out to Frontier or Xfinity. It seems puzzling that I am still being billed for an obsolete service by ATT when they no longer provide internet services. Additionally, I was told that ATT email is a complimentary service and should not involve any charges. I rely on the ATT email accounts [redacted] for personal use and [redacted] for my business, Places ii Go Travel, which I have been using for over 25 years. I do not wish for any disruption to these accounts. It is perplexing to me why my credit card is being charged $[redacted] annually for a service that is unnecessary and apparently not available through ATT. I would appreciate it if a representative from ATT Customer Service could contact me at [redacted] or [redacted], or via mail at Robert Falk, [redacted] Meyer Drive, Sarasota, FL [redacted]. Please note that this account may be linked to my previous address in CA at [redacted] Palmer Lane. Robert Falk [redacted] Meyer Drive Sarasota, FL [redacted] [redacted]
