I bought this phone about two months ago and the guy said my first bill was gonna be a little bit more because I only had to pay about $** the day of but my account was never charged for my first payment or my second but when I finally got charged it was a $***.** charge & it didn’t go through but why was it that much ?? I tried calling customer service but it just took me in circles. I would like to pay some from my card and some in cash so should I just go into an AT&T store ? What should I do
