I own an old iPhone 4S and a newer iPhone 8S, both using the same phone number. When I attempt to access my Coinbase account, I receive a two-step authentication code from Coinbase to input into my Google Authenticator app. The issue arises as both my iPhone 4S and 8S receive codes, but only the verification code sent to my outdated 4S is functional. A different code is sent to the iPhone 8S, but it consistently fails to work. Since I no longer use my iPhone 4S, I would like all my authentication codes to be directed solely to my iPhone 8S.

I recently visited an AT&T store to upgrade my phone and discuss my current plan. The saleswoman offered me an iPhone 12 with a $[redacted] trade-in discount for my iPhone X and mentioned a $10 monthly charge for 15 months to cover the new phone's cost. She couldn't assist with plan changes due to my old plan and advised contacting AT&T directly. When I called, I was told I would be charged $3.33 monthly for 30 months. I traded in my Galaxy S9+ for the Note 20 Ultra. Upon realizing that my trade-in phone was sent to the wrong warehouse, I contacted AT&T. Unfortunately, I had to speak to three different representatives and was on hold for over three hours. This was not an exaggeration as there were over [redacted] people in the queue. Despite providing the tracking number multiple times, the process was tedious and time-consuming. AT&T outsources trade-ins to "Highland," which has resulted in poor service. Resolving this issue is taking longer than expected, and I may have to wait an additional three days. It's frustrating to wait so long just to provide a tracking number. The investigation should have started on the first call with the tracking details. I hope to receive the full credit for my phone, as this experience has been far from satisfactory.

I have an Epson XP430 printer. I use a Dell laptop with Windows 10. Lately, when I print from web pages or emails, the print comes out very small in the upper left corner of the paper. A standard page prints in a 3" by 4" rectangle. However, documents from Word and test prints are full size and fine. I think the issue might be with settings related to my ISP. Can anyone assist me with this problem?

Hello, I have a few concerns. Initially, I noticed a charge on my phone bill that resulted in my service being disconnected the day after I spoke with an AT&T representative. The representative advised me to send the payment via mail since it was late, assuring me there would be no interruption in service. To my dismay, my phone was indeed disconnected the next day, accompanied by a late fee. This situation caught me off guard and left me feeling quite distraught.

I have been attempting to contact AT&T via email, but they keep calling instead. I prefer to communicate through chat due to my busy schedule. I have encountered 2 important issues that need assistance. Firstly, my bill from ATT store exceeds the agreed amount. I have 2 main lines: [redacted] and [redacted]. Despite purchasing 3 iPhones in February for storage and backup as advised, the monthly amount of $[redacted] has not been met, causing concern. Secondly, I have an International package that was set up 15 years ago. Recently, while in the French Caribbean, I received a notification about a $[redacted] overcharge due to not accepting the $10 daily offer. I was just on the phone with AT&T technical support, but unfortunately, the call got disconnected before my issue could be fixed. I am a senior seeking assistance to have AT&T unlock my Apple 7 iPhone to switch to Consumer Cellular and T-Mobile Network. I received a Galaxy S10 phone from ATT through insurance while my primary Galaxy S10 was being repaired by Samsung. I've returned the loaner phone, but I'm being billed for it and told it was not shipped back. I have the ticket number the ATT store worker found in my Gmail. I need this matter resolved quickly as there's a threat to terminate my service. I will not pay for a phone I returned due to the negligence of your workers.

I reached out on the 16th to request an extension until the 30th due to my mother-in-law's illness. Unfortunately, she passed away right before Christmas Eve. When I turned on my TV on Christmas Eve, it was off again despite the extension. Direct TV's customer service was unhelpful, stating the notes weren't updated. I pleaded due to our recent losses and the delayed payment date set on the 16th. The way I was spoken to was unacceptable. I am seeking resolution and plan to contact corporate and a lawyer. This evening around 6:30 pm, I called about my daughter's cell phone battery issue. The representative I spoke with asked for my phone pin#, and after providing it, he stated it was incorrect. Even after trying another pin#, the issue persisted. Frustrated, I was disconnected by the customer service representative without my password being reset. This experience was unacceptable, especially since I have a background in customer service. I would like a supervisor to review the call and address the employee's behavior. As a loyal customer with AT&T for multiple services, including 3 phones, cable TV, and internet, I expect better treatment.

I've contacted AT&T 7 times in the past 2 months about this ongoing issue. Despite being assured each time that my problem will be sorted out and a special support ticket opened, I have not received any follow-up, and the issue persists. I sent back an iPhone 12 Pro at the start of November [redacted], and I have the shipping label and tracking number as proof. Upon tracking the package, it confirms the phone's delivery to the AT&T warehouse in Texas. Multiple customer service representatives have verified the receipt of the device. However, I continue to be charged monthly for the iPhone 12 Pro installment plan, and my line remains ineligible for an upgrade, even though it should be by now. I am extremely frustrated and have run out of ideas on how to proceed, possibly considering legal assistance as my next step.

The older iPhones for Shaun, Debbie, and Jon Follosco have been shipped back to AT&T using the provided mailing materials included with the new phones. The old phones were sent soon after the new ones were received. Tracking numbers from the post office are available to verify delivery. We are eagerly awaiting a reduction in the pricing for the new phones, as it has not been implemented yet. Additionally, the separate charges for insurance on each phone raise concerns, as we have insurance for four devices on Shaun's iPad Pro, which should cover all three phones and the iPad. We anticipate improved service and billing accuracy from AT&T considering our long-standing patronage and substantial investment in their products and services over the years. My Kyocera phone stopped working after Thanksgiving. When I removed it from the charger, it was overheated and only played the AT&T startup tone without displaying anything on the screen. I remember having insurance on it since it was replaced once before in Live Oak, Florida. My service hasn't changed, but I now live in West Virginia, with the closest store to me being Winchester, Virginia, which is about thirty miles away. Due to my disability and lung issues, I prefer not to go out to replace my phone during this time. When my phone was replaced in Florida, a new one was overnighted to me, which is why I remain with AT&T. I have a Kyocera Hydro Shore 4G/LTE, and I would like to replace it with the same model since it works well with the cell booster in the mountains where I live. I went online to order new phones and new service using my company's FAN number. The representative assured me of discounts and processed the order. Unfortunately, the phones delivered were incorrect. After returning them, the correct ones arrived the next day. However, upon activation, my daughter's phone didn't work due to the initial wrong phone. I canceled within the 30-day period but they won't release my number until the phones are returned. I shipped all three phones back on 1/4/21 and have the tracking number. As of 1/8/21, my number hasn't been released for me to return to my previous service provider.

I am having trouble signing in #1 #2, as my phone is locked despite not being under contract. Previously, it was with Verizon before I switched to using an AT&T SIM card. I refuse to pay the excessive past due bill and demand that my device be unlocked. This experience with the company has left me extremely disappointed after being a customer for almost 20 years. I feel taken advantage of during a difficult time in my life, and I cannot afford the substantial price hikes.

Hello, my husband (K. C.) and I recently signed up for AT&T wireless service with two lines. I set up the account online while making a payment for internet and cable, and I came across a deal for new wireless accounts. Both lines are supposed to have unlimited data, but after only three days, I received an alert saying I had used 75% of this month's data. I'm certain of what I ordered and read, so I'm unsure where the confusion arose. I should have unlimited talk, text, and data. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. I can't afford to pay for extra 4G data that depletes quickly, preventing my daughter from watching a movie. I'm disappointed and feel like I was either cheated, misled, or lied to. I selected a specific plan and can't comprehend why all my data is used when it's meant to be unlimited. I would be thankful to anyone who can address this promptly!
