Hello, i have several issues **First, i was charged a fee and my phone wax turned off last month the day after i had spoken with an att representative , the representative told me it was ok to send the bill in through the mail, as it was late, they said my phone would not be turned off and i was in the clear**The next morning my phone was turned off , and a late fee was added**This was a shock and so upsetting
