Ever since I upgraded to optic fiber, I have had intermittent issues with internet and home phone.*I have gotten booted off Zoom meetings more than a few times after getting "internet unstable" messages. On and off my TV streaming for amazon prime and hulu don't work and says I'm not connected to the internet. I have also had phone calls dropped and occasionally a loud sound kind of like a horn come over the phone while I'm on a call. The other day, I was on my cell phone with apple tech help and they wanted to take control of my screen. They said the internet was unstable and asked that I get closer to the modem. I did, and it worked fine. My modem has been in the basement for many years - like **. When I upgraded to optic fiber, I asked the techs if we should move the modem upstairs and they said my house was small enough and it wasn't necessary. I'm pretty sure that is the issue and would like ATT to move my modem upstairs at no cost to me.*Thank you,*Penny Avgerenos
