My internet service is down, again. I want this fixed immediately or I am cancelling my service! I've been dealing this nonsense since March **, **** and have had one useless tech after another come out, monthly, in efforts to "fix" the problem which clearly appears to to beyond your capacity to fix. I'm tired of being strung along, paying my bill in full each month for non existent service. Fix it now or consider my *** yr relationship with AT&T over!
