I recently upgraded to the I phone ** using the ATT promotion.*I have worked on this with the ATT store representative and one for Protech.**I have spent about * hours of my time trying to get this fixed (rate:$***hour).**All recommend return and replacement. Protech documented this.**Protech sent me back to ATT. I explained my problem again and was told I would have to go to ATT warranty where they would do some tests.**I asked to speak to his supervisor , Calia, who was rude and confrontative. I asked to speak with her boss and am still waiting ( over * minutes at this point).**I would like to have a replacement phone and compensation for my time.
