Had a payment arrangement set up for Nov **th well I wasn’t able to pay it till Nov **. But yesterday they suspended my service Dec* for that .. The due balance was paid in full ... I pay $*** a month not including $** a month for high speed internet at home ..I called yesterday go no resolution at all just BS from them ...

Yes I contacted them by phone .. They said there was nothing they could do because because of the Thanksgiving holidays that’s why my service wasn’t interrupted ... But once I kept telling them it got paid on the **nd of November .. I even got transferred to a manager they said there was nothing they could do ... I pay a $*** for my wireless service and $** for my home internet... I told them I was gonna cancel my service.
