i was trying to send a text and if kept failing, this happened on * other occations *st time was * days after i purchased the phone and then again within a week of the *st time, then again yesterday. the *st * times the employees at the local att store actually fixed the problem, by ejecting the sims card and putting it back in, i tried it *-* or more times and it didn't work for me, and in the settings under phone and messages it says no sims. I took it to the local att store and he couldn't get it to work this time either. The second time it happened tim the employee at the att store said if it happened again they would change out my phone for the same kind of course, but the employee yesterday said i would have to turn it into the insurance and pay the fee, because i did drop it about * or * weeks after i got it and cracked the screen. but the first * times it wasn't broken, but anyway, i need to get the information for the insurance so i can get a different on asap, i use this phone for work in the heating and a*c business. thanks for all your help....
