My voicemail on cell phone (LG) has been off since September **th. Many attempts have been made to call the (non) customer service with no resolve. I have turned off and restarted the phone at least ** times so that does not work. It is asking for a password, that I've never used since I got the phone, so I set up a password. That doesn't work. The response is that there is no service available. What is going on???!!!! I NEED TO GET INTO MY MESSAGES!! Is there anyone there who speaks English that can get this resolved ASAP? Tired of talking to the call centers where no one can speak or understand English!!!! I have spent hours on the phone and it is just a waste of time!!!
