The best way to submit a complaint is actually submitting the issue over the phone and asking to speak with a manager. You can also submit feedback forms using email or on the website. You can also submit the issue to the local manager.

Today I spent over an hour on the phone speaking to agents without having my problem taken care of. At the time of my purchase I was promised a promotional watch. The watch never arrived. When I called to check on the status of the watch I was told that it was back ordered. Since then the order for the watch has been cancelled with no notification to me as the customer. I have been an AT&T customer since ****. The loyalty department promised me the watch when I made my purchase. Today I asked to speak to a customer service supervisor many times and I was told that were not available to speak to me. This is unacceptable. I was offered a tablet, but am not interested in the tablet. I was promised a watch and was hoping that AT&T would stand behind the agreement that was made at time of purchase. I would like a response and for the this issue to be resolved ASAP. Today's treatment on the phone was unacceptable.
