I had a direct TV tech come out on Tuesday, Oct **th. He put a dish on my roof and because I had to be at work* I had my friend here to have him listen to the instructions but Antjuan did not explain anything. He left his number* I called and he said he could walk me through everything which he did not. This check list was left and I did not sign it nor did my friend. I have never had Direct TV and I cannot even watch regular channels without a screen asking me to subscribe. I am paying for choice and basic should be included. I also have two TVs and told sales person this and there is only one Direct TV listed on the order. This is terrible service and that customer service line is useless. Acct number ********
