My name is Clinton Reese. I am a former customer of AT&T wireless (Account *************). On September **, **** I canceled my AT&T wireless service. On September **, **** I made a payment on my account of $*,***.**. This payment was to cover the expense of two devices on my account that were being paid off through installment plans. The amount of the payment was provided to me by an AT&T customer service representative over the phone. I desired to expedite my final billing in order to have the devices paid off.**Nearly one month later, my AT&T wireless account continues to show a credit balance of $*,***.** without a final bill or charges to my account for the devices. Since AT&T is not recognizing the devices as paid off, I have been unable to re-sell the devices in a timely manner. This has directly resulted in a loss of value of my devices.**I have called into customer service numerous times to rectify this issue and each time I am met with unhelpful or unknowledgeable customer service associates after **extremely** long wait times over the phone. By way of this email, I am demanding that my devices are "charged" to my account and put into "paid" status so I can resell the devices.**Please respond with an acknowledgment of receiving this email and also when my account issues have been corrected.**Thank you,
