For * years we have had sub-par service, * bar at best. We have filed thousands of dropped calls, spent dozens of hours on with support to get no resolution. We’ve been customers ** years and of this can’t be fixed, we’re leaving AT&T this week. Used to .. AT&T was the best of the best. You can’t fix it if you don’t know it’s broken and something is VERY broken! When did service and customer loyalty stop mattering?
