AT&T was supposed to ship me a return box for my old device over a month ago, they made me commit to a payment plan TO INCLUDE AN ABSURD AMOUNT OF $ FOR DEVICE THEY HAD NOT RECEIVED YET, while I wait for the return box to arrive**NOW I HAVE A $*** charge being debited out of my account TOMORROW because I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE RETURN BOX TO SHIP DEVICE BACK IN. THEY PROMISED I WOULD RECEIVE THE BOX AND LABEL BEFORE THIS PAYMENT WOULD HAVE TO BE MADE AND I COULD THEREFORE CANCEL IT, BUT I HAVENT RECEIVED THE RETURN BOX AND I REFUSE ABSOLUTELY REFUSE TO HAVE NEARLY $**** charged to my account because their customer service is terrible and they LIED when they had me commit to a payment I supposedly wouldn’t ever have to make. This is my SECOND MAJOR COMLAINT WITH AT&T in ** days. AT&T, you were great a few years ago, but you are now a huge disappointment, your service is spotty and your customer service is far from adequate
DO NOT BILL MY ACCOUNT THE $**** BECAUSE YOU INSISTED THE RETURN CARTONS WOULD ARRIVE BEFORE THE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT WOULD GO INTO EFFECT, AND THEREFORE I WOULDNT BE BILLED. SEND THE RETURN BOXES AND CONTACT ME, IM SICK OF WAITING ON HOLD, CALLING OVER AND OVER AND OVER WITH NOTHING EVEN BEING RESOLVED!!
