This is my last attempt to solve this issue. On ****** I received a text saying I went over my data. The text before that stated I will be charged $** if I go over BEFORE ******. I spoke with a customer service rep who told me she would notate the account and reverse the charges. She said it had not updated in her system yet. I specifically asked her to notate the account Incase problems arose. **My account was never credited. I called today, *******, and was transferred multiple times and told the data went over and they will not reverse the charges. I asked to look up the conversation notes from *** and I was told it was noted I called but nothing about reversing the charges. It says the calls are recorded so you can verify I was told they would be reversed. **The text telling me I will be charged if I go over data BEFORE *** clearly stated BEFORE. If a legal document is due BEFORE *** it would not be accepted on ***. If something is due before tomorrow (let’s say tomorrow is ***) then it would be late if submitted on tomorrow (***). **I’m clearly irritated with the customer service I have received and the way this has been handled. I should not even be spending my time on hold or talking with representatives when I was told and asked specifically to have my account noted. I want a refund of the $** data charge along with any fees I have incurred while trying to handle this matter.
