I wanted to talk to a customer service rep about removing my number from the blacklist because my phone was stolen and lost I called customer service and talked to a gentleman he said that my phone is the one that is locked not my number I wanted to get it taken off so he transferred me to someone who can reactive it for me to get removed but I been on hold for an hour can someone please help me as soon as possible
