I have been trying to contact you guys via email or via a chat room for a week now and finding it very difficult.*I live in Australia, my husband and I visited the US *.* weeks ago and purchase a SIM card each from AT&T. This was only for * month, which I think expires in * days. We're heading back over in * weeks time for another * weeks and want to use the same SIM cards but pay an additional month. We have no idea how to do this before the SIM cards run out. Can you please advise. I've tried logging into your website but I have no idea of my account no or any Zipcode. Can you please respond asap.
