July *, ******AT&T***Reference Paul Keller Billing Account ****************I had canceled my services with AT&T on May *, ****. I am now with Verizon. So how can you bill me for Phone *** ***-**** for June ** to July ** when I no longer use AT&T?**The phone ***-***-**** was Canceled October *, ****, but AT&T never canceled this line and kept billing for the line service. I called customer service and they verified that they had the request but it was never put thru. They said that only three (*) months credit could be applied. They said I would receive a credit of $**.**. NEVER RECEIVED!!!**I then called customer service on Sunday June *rd about my bill. She said she would issue a $***.** credit to my account. NEVER RECEIVED!!!**I will not call customer service again since they never put anything through!!!**I WILL NOT pay anything on my account until I receive my credits and my phone charges after May *, **** are credited. I NO LONGER USE AT&T.**Very Disappointed customer**Paul Keller*I AM STILL GETTING BILLS FOR A SERVICE I NO LONGER HAVE!! I will be contacting the BBB and FTC..
