When I came in to get this phone in the beginning of this year I had the worst customer service and waited an hour and a half and had an appointment I just noticed on my bill that I asked to add insurance as usual and it’s not showing that I’m paying and I’m very upset so once again that I can’t talk to anybody right now you say you have a ** seven line that no one answers this is ridiculous. I pay almost $***-$*** a month I’ve had AT&T for the past eight years and I got horrible customer service the agent didn’t even put my phone in a bag when he gave it to me and ruined it so I could not transfer my contacts because he didn’t know what he was doing because it was so out-of-control and the management was so poor on the front floor. I read about getting insurance and it says You have to get it within a month of purchase. However again the poor customer service I got I don’t know if he was a new employee and didn’t know what he was doing but I asked to put insurance on my phone every time I get one therefore I think that I should be able to add it on my phone as soon as possible I am very upset and to be honest with you if this does not work out for me I will cancel my service in a minute and I pay about **** a year to att. I wa so dosppointed. And now that I don’t see insurance on my bill I am even more irate. I’ve been in hospitality for over ** years. I would love to be contacted soon to resolve this.
