First I would like to introduce myself Joe Whitaker and I've been a customer of at&t for quite sometime from the first motorola to the flip phone and now to the tetra alcater phone !!! not to mention my sisters phones anyhow I REALLY would like apple phones man it seems they just are made very well .the reason for my contact is that I wasn't hoping I could just get a refund on my tetra alcatel phone .The charging port is made poorly unlike my flip phone were it hads a little protection flap so lent and dirt can't get to the circuit of the charging outlet .I really like doing business over the years with at&t and to the best of my knowledge I don't think I ever dealt with any other communications network.Appreciate your help Thanks again And plan on doing busniness in the future with only AT&T in lafayette la or Crestview FL?
