The issue in GetHuman-deanchan's own words
On May **, **** AT&T U Verse filed an e-check for ****.***against my account. In June ****, my service was suspended for non-payment in May, so, I paid $***.** over the phone to AT&T U Verse to start service back. Now I am over charged $***.** in June ****. I received another bill for $***.* in December ****, so I called to find out why. I was informed that it was late fees for May. The supervisor erased the late fee charge, but said she could not fine the payment for May. I have the bank statements showing that AT&T U Verse was paid. How are you going to correct this problem?
