I have had AT&T Uverse internet and phone for several years. The * hour battery backup only lasted * hours today during a power outage.

GetHuman-aloism did not yet indicate what AT&T U-Verse should do to make this right.

I contacted AT&T*Uverse and was told the battery may have decreased life due to its age. Also, when there is no electricity due to storm or other reason, the phone*internet should only be used for emergency calls so that the backup battery will last longer on the day of the power outage. To replace an old battery, contact Belkin.
