Have Uverse cable and was transferred and installed in our new about a month ago. At that time TVs weren’t all the way hooked up and mounted in the home. Once they were the main box isn’t not working and only putting a large red x * on the screen. The number * box is working but won’t record anything etc due to the main dvr box not working. I was given the techs card and number when he did the work and have tried to contact him directly but he can’t get here.
GetHuman2951703 did not yet indicate what AT&T U-Verse should do to make this right.
