I want to lower my cost. I don’t need all these channels on U-verse. I am bundled, and my Internet is horribly slow. My phone is slow. Change my U-verse package to something more affordable, and speed up my internet.

How GetHuman2605461 fixed the problem
It was never fixed. I’m going to Comcast if I can’t get in touch with these people in the morning. My contract is up, and I am a great customer. Good customers, however, are never treated as well as new ones.
