After spending * *** hours on the phone with tach I opted to have a new modem shipped to me. He said one to two business days. That would have been **** at the latest. When he didn’t come I called and was told it would be the **th at the earliest. Obviously the tech did not place the order he promised me. So after a bit of complaining I was told it could be here by the **th. My complaint is that the first tech should not have told me * days if he couldn’t fulfill it. The second tech was able to see when it could be to me. And then was able to expedite it. In the meantime I am stuck with very slow speed. All of this after I upgraded my speed to *** mb. At present I am getting *-* mb. I’m so disappointed.
GetHuman-janjeffh did not yet indicate what AT&T U-Verse should do to make this right.
